What does the logistics and dispatch module cover?
It schedules dispatches with carrier and customs-agent assignment, and gives end-to-end traceability: packing → port → shipping line → customer. It replaces the WhatsApp chase with the driver and dispatch sheets duplicated across packing, exporter and forwarder.
How does it keep a container from getting lost?
Each container has an estimated ETA with auto-refresh and delay alerts, plus its digital documentation (waybill, invoice, phytosanitary certificate, B/L). When something deviates, you don't reconstruct the route for days: it's in the system.
