Cookies policy

1. Summary

This site does not use advertising-tracking cookies or individual profiling. We only store the minimum needed for the site to work and to understand navigation in aggregate.

2. What we store

• Functional cookies: language preference (es/en) and user consent for UTM parameter capture.
• Browser local storage: UTM parameters captured upon arrival, used for commercial attribution in forms. Not shared with third parties.
• Usage analytics: Plausible Analytics, a web analytics solution without tracking cookies. It processes aggregate data on page views and events, with no identification of individual users.
• Product analytics (PostHog): since 2026-08-06 the public site also records navigation and a session replay, to understand where a form is abandoned. There is no customer data here: it is a marketing site. Password fields are not recorded.
• Error tracking (Sentry): technical detail of site failures. Installs no cookies.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies for marketing purposes.

3. Cloudflare Turnstile

Contact forms are protected with Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible CAPTCHA that evaluates session trust without installing tracking cookies. For more details, see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

4. The customer portal

The above describes the public site. The portal where contracted customers operate (app.agrosynapse.tech) is a separate surface and additionally stores:

• Session: the token that keeps you signed in, in browser local storage. Without it you would have to authenticate on every screen.
• Preferences: active organisation, light/dark theme, table filters and columns.
• Product analytics (PostHog): an identifier for your session and user, used to know which modules are opened and to replay the session for support and improvement purposes. Password, email address and phone number are never recorded. Details are in the privacy policy, section 2.1.
• Error tracking (Sentry): installs no cookies. When a screen fails, it sends the technical detail along with your user and organisation identifiers.

None of these are used for advertising or shared with advertisers.

5. Control

You may delete functional cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time. The language preference will reset to the default on your next visit.

If you are a contracted customer and would rather your organisation be excluded from product analytics and session recording, write to contacto@agrosynapse.tech: we will disable it for your account without affecting the service.
