- Fleet map with every vehicle at once, colored by status —engine on, off or maintenance overdue—, in satellite, dark or Google photorealistic 3D view.
- Playback of every trip with a timeline slider, speed segmented by leg, and a 3D drone-style camera that follows the vehicle over the terrain.
- Preventive-maintenance plan by hour-meter or odometer —not by calendar—, with an on-time / due-soon / overdue status computed automatically against the latest GPS reading.
- Fuel charges logged or validated from refills the GPS detects on its own, with a fuel-theft alert and cost per kilometer computed automatically for every trip.
- Every trip is split between one or two cost centers, with per-equipment or geofence rules that suggest the split — confirmation is always given by a person, it never applies itself.
