Inventory & warehouse

Real stock of inputs and packaging, no surprises.

Replaces: Kardex en ExcelCrops: all
Diagnostic

What hurts today

The kardex lives in Excel and gets updated twice a month — real stock never matches.

Inputs are reordered when someone notices we're out, not before.

Boxes, bins and packaging are bought without knowing what's in the warehouse.

Warehouse dispatches aren't linked to the block that consumed them, so the input's cost gets lost in the monthly total.

Capabilities

What the module does

  • Inputs catalog by category —agrochemical, fertilizer, material, fuel— with an active-ingredient field, and the option to flag an input as non-inventoriable when it's a service with no stock.
  • Receipt guides with folio, supplier and reference document; once closed, they lock along with their entry movements, so the received quantity can't be edited afterward.
  • The input dispatch form lets you allocate each movement to the block and cost center that consumed it.
  • Configurable alerts over fruit lots —low stock, upcoming expiry and shrinkage over a percentage threshold calculated over the last 30 days—, filterable by crop and caliber.
  • Warehouse ledger with 8 movement types —receipt, dispatch, shrinkage, adjustment, transfers and reservation—, filterable by type and date, with per-lot origin traceability.
  • Reserve bins for a sales order —deducted from available stock the moment you reserve, not at dispatch—, with transfers between warehouses or cold rooms in a single transaction.
  • Valued input-consumption report by block, cost center or input, over any date range, to budget the next season.

Sample questions you can ask and get answered in seconds.

  • > How much of each input is left per warehouse today?
  • > How much fertilizer have we consumed this month, by block?
  • > List the inputs expiring in the next 60 days.
Integrations

You don't need to switch systems to start

It doesn't matter what you use today to track this: if it exports to Excel or CSV, it's in. The Import module — included with your account at no extra cost — uses AI to map your spreadsheet's columns to the right fields, no matter their order, name or language.

Using another system with an API or data export (ERP, HR, BI)? We'll evaluate connecting it directly during your pilot.

Expected result

What changes in your operation

Stock, expiry and shrinkage alerts before the problem finds you, not after.

Frequently asked questions

What does the inventory and warehouse module control?
Real stock of inputs by category —agrochemical, fertilizer, material, fuel—, with receipt guides that record folio and supplier, and a warehouse ledger with 8 movement types. The point is for the stock you see to be the stock you have, not a kardex updated twice a month.
How is it different from keeping the kardex in Excel?
The dispatch form lets you allocate each movement to the block and cost center that consumed it, instead of leaving it loose. That closes the loop with cost-per-block: what leaves the warehouse can show up in the right block's spend.
Does it warn me before I run out of a critical input?
Not with an automatic warning: the configurable low-stock, upcoming-expiry and shrinkage alerts run over fruit lots, not over inputs. For inputs, what you have is an up-to-date balance per lot and warehouse —every receipt and dispatch moves it on the spot— and the valued consumption report by block, cost center or input, which is what you use to anticipate the purchase and budget the next season.
Does it integrate with my ERP?
Operational inventory lives in the module, with the warehouse ledger and receipt guides as the documentary backup. If you currently keep the kardex in a spreadsheet, the Import module (included, at no cost) loads it with AI-mapped columns instead of re-keying it; and if your ERP has an API or its own export, we evaluate connecting it directly during your pilot.
Is it available today?
Yes. The inputs catalog, guide-based receiving, movements allocated to block and cost center, stock/expiry/shrinkage alerts and the consumption report are all available today inside the Warehouse module.
