Inventory & warehouse

Real stock of inputs and packaging, no surprises.

Replaces: Kardex en ExcelCrops: all
Diagnostic

What hurts today

The kardex lives in Excel and gets updated twice a month — real stock never matches.

Inputs are reordered when someone notices we're out, not before.

Boxes, bins and packaging are bought without knowing what's in the warehouse.

Warehouse movements aren't linked to the block or task that consumed them.

Frequently asked questions

What does the inventory and warehouse module control?
Real stock of inputs and packaging, with a catalog of families, equivalences and approved suppliers, plus receipts and dispatches via barcode or QR from mobile. The point is for the stock you see to be the stock you have, not a kardex updated twice a month.
How is it different from keeping the kardex in Excel?
Each warehouse movement is automatically allocated to the block and work order that consumed the input, instead of floating loose. That closes the loop with cost-per-block: what leaves the warehouse shows up in the right block's cost.
Does it warn me before I run out of a critical input?
Yes. It has alerts on minimum stock, expiry and slow-moving items, so you replenish before someone notices a shortage, not after. The consumption report by block, season and input also helps you budget the next one.
Does it integrate with my ERP?
Yes. It connects with SAP Business One and Defontana and exports to Excel. Operational inventory lives in the module and reconciles with the ERP, avoiding double entry between the warehouse and accounting.
Is it available today?
This module is in development. If warehouse control is a priority for your operation, book a demo: we can show you the current state and estimated date, and the pricing page lists the current plans.
