- Real-time recording of bins, lugs or boxes per picker and block from mobile, with a photo as evidence.
- Piecework calculated per picker, based on the current rate and reported output.
- Field–packing reconciliation with shrinkage measured at each stage of the chain (harvest→packing) and discard by destination.
- Yield report per block, variety and period, from the actual weight of the pallets received —not a box estimate—, exportable to CSV.
- Lot traceability by stage (harvest, packing, dispatch) with the originating block of each pallet.
