What does the harvest-control module do?
It records bins, lugs or boxes per block and crew in real time from mobile, calculates piecework per picker with photo validation, and surfaces kg/wage and kg/hour yields during the shift — not the next day. It replaces the tally book and Excel sheets.
How does it prevent end-of-week piecework disputes?
Piecework is calculated live from reported production and validated with photos, so it isn't argued over wet paper on Saturday. Each picker has a traceable record of how much they harvested, in which block and at what time.
